Burglars Strike Lake Bluff Homes
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lake Bluff Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Burglary
Burglars took Jewelry, cash and a smart phone from a Lake Bluff home in the 100 block of East Blodgett Avenue on Feb. 14, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. It appeared the front door was forced open.
Attempted Burglary
A crowbar was used to attempt to force open a Lake Bluff garage Feb. 19 in the 100 block of West Sheridan Place, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. A crowbar was found in the front yard and it appeared someone tried to pry open the garage. The house was not entered.
Driver’s License Infraction
Carlos DeLaCruz, 27, of Lake Forest was arrested Feb. 15 for driving without a valid driver’s license, according to Lake Bluff Police reports. Police stopped DeLaCruz for disobeying a stop sign at the intersection of McKinley and East Sheridan Roads. It was discovered he did not have a license. He was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 10:30 a.m. in Park City.
