New banners help prepare Lake Bluff residents for the upcoming holiday season and village events

A holiday season banner is fixed to a lamppost by Lake Bluff Department of Public Works employee Bob Hertel. The new banners read "It's A Wonderful Life in Lake Bluff", in theme with the upcoming Dec. 4 holday event.
