Lake Forest High School Swim Coach Cindy Dell took a new tactic this season in hopes of helping the team earn a trophy.
She trained the Scouts the same way perennial powers New Trier, Hinsdale Central and St. Charles North approach a season.
It worked as the Scouts joined New Trier and Hinsdale in the quest for a trophy. She has been preaching it to the team and she talks about it here.
