Described as a longtime resident of Lake Bluff, Thomas B. Hart, Jr., 77, died July 10.

A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. today (July 12) at Church of St. Mary, 175 E. Illinios Road, in Lake Forest. Visitation was held Wednesday. Interment will be private in St. Mary Cemetery.

Hart was a graduate of Loyola University and Loyola Law School, and managing partner in the law firm of Pope, Ballard.

Hart is survived by his wife, Gerry (nee Yore), and children Kathleen (James) Dasso, Elizabeth (Peter) Hanson, Molly Hart and Thomas (Sandy) Hart, and his brother Tommy Hart. He was the grandfather of Lily, Maggie, Molly, T. J. and Nell Dasso, Megan and Charlie Hanson and Emily, Katie and Tommy Hart. He was preceded in death by Charles Hart.
