The man struck and killed by a Metra train Friday night has been identified as Marcial Lozado, 70.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death an accident.

Metra and Morton Grove police responded after the man was hit by an outbound train, headed for Fox Lake, at about 9:10 p.m. Friday evening. Crews remained on the scene, about a block north of the Morton Grove station, until at least 11 p.m.
