This should be a center for tutoring. The employees (or tutors) would be the brilliant young college graduates who could use the supplemental income. This will not only increase employment in the area, but it will also help parents find the help their (elementary, middle school, high school, and college) students need, as well as quality mentors.

I think you will be able to get gluten free pasta at the new Italian restaurant. They are opening March 1 in the old Noodle Bar in down town Lake Bluff.
