Students at Rondout School in Lake Forest boarded "The Polar Express" Monday dressed in their pajamas during an activity for the school's first and second graders.
Teachers Jeanine Sweeney and Roxanne Greenberg read the story in parts, and then the students departed the train to participate in activities which emphasized their creativity as much as their use of descriptive words related to the story.
