Scouts’ Star Performers:      Kat McKeon took all around honors (38.1) with Kylie Carlson second (36.65). Both gymnasts scored 9.7 on floor exercise. McKeon also stood out on vault (9.5), uneven parallel bars (9.5) and the balance beam (9.4). Carlson had 9.6 on the vault and 9.15 on the beam.

Other Notable Scout Performances:            Laura Blake placed fifth in the all around competition (32.25) while Carly Schmidt logged a 9.3 on the vault and an 8.85 on bars. Laura Blake recorded 8.7 on floor.

Who’s Next:   The Scouts compete in the Lake County meet at 1 p.m. Saturday in Mundelein.
