VIDEO: Post-Game Interviews After Lake Forest's 25-9 Win Over Libertyville

The Scouts clinch a share of the conference championship, the school's first since 1995.

It was supposed to be a going away party for outgoing Libertyville coach Randy Kuceyeski.

Someone forgot to tell Owen Willams and Lake Forest High School.

Behind Williams' career night, the Scouts (7-2 overall, 5-1 conference) hammered the Wildcats 25-9 Friday, ensuring a share of the North Suburban Lake Conference title.

We start with Williams, who broke out in the second half, willing the Scouts to victory. The senior running back's first three carries in the second half yielded 160 yards and three scores. On the field after the game, he talked about bigger things yet to come.  (VIDEO)

Next we talked with safety Phil Sheridan, leader of the "Sharks" secondary. Lake Forest's defense held the Wildcats scoreless in the second half, allowing the offense to catch up (VIDEO).

Walking off the field, an excited Matt Wagener was thrilled with the team's conference championship, but was already talking about higher goals for the Scouts (VIDEO).

Before the lights went out, we stopped coach Chuck Spagnoli. The fiery coach deserves a lot of credit for how Lake Forest has come together this season. He was emotional talking about what this win meant for his players (VIDEO).
