There are many alternative ways to add fruits and vegetables to you day and your family's daily diet!
Juicing - creating a variety of fruit & veggie juices in a juicer. There are a variety of juicers on the market for less than $100.00. What a great tool to add to your kitchen!
Fruit Smoothies - blending a variety of frozen fruits stored in the freezer or fresh from your local farmer's market!
Green Smoothies - blending greens to the fruits for added nutrition and assimilation that taste great!
Salads - recipes that will make you go wild! The things you can combine in a salad. It does not have to be iceberg lettuce and ranch dressing
Frozen Popsicles - creating pops from juices and smoothies that you and your family will love!
Hidden Veggies in foods such as muffins and breads - add grated carrot and zucchini just to name a few to regular recipes
Dehydrated Fruits and Vegetables - making tasty treats like "cheesy kale chips" and "fruit leathers" and "vegetable crackers"
Baby Foods - creating the most fresh, nutrient dense baby foods for your baby. Why would you want anything else!
It's about being creative!
It's about adding in the new and ridding of the old!
It's about getting rid of processed foods in your kitchen cabinets and pantry!
It's all about the NEW & YOU!

Wonderful recommendations you have given! Thank you for including "...getting rid of processed foods...". Yes, for example, it may be simpler to pick up that box of granola, but just read the label! In 15 minutes you can prepare it (simply) home-made, healthier & less-expensive!
May I also add another excellent way to incorporate vegetables into your diet is to use them in pasta sauces. Many can be prepared simply & pureed (for those skeptical children :-). We eat almost no meat/chicken, prepare from fresh as much as possible, and (yes) have a juicer!!
Keep up the great advice!
