Take time to think about the kind of eater you are:

  • Are you a fast eater?
  • Are you a slow eater?
  • Do you eat in the car and on the go?
  • Do you sit and spend time with your family at the table?
  • Do you eat so fast that you don't remember what you have eaten?
  • Do you slowly chew each spoonful?
  • Do you enjoy your food?

 

This relationship with food is often our relationship with life!

This relationship with food will determine how the food is digested and assmiliated!

  • It may retard digestion and assimilation
  • It may support digestion and assimilation

 

When we eat, it is all about who we are as eaters.  

When we take time to reflect and find out what kind of eaters we are, we can often find out about who we are, our relationship with food, our relationship with life.
