Is it Your Size?
Is it Your Weight?
Is it Your Self Care?
Through my experience is not how much you weigh, but the journey.
- I've talked to some and they say it is the last 10 pounds
- I've talked to some and they say it is the last 25
- I've talked to some and it is the first 150 they have lost and are content now at a size 12
- I've talked to some that are not content at a size 4
The journey of self care goes beyond size, weight and shape. Are you content with your life and in your skin? What is getting in the way? It takes some time to figure that out.
It's more than a diet. It's more than exercise. More than calories. More than genetics. More than happiness. More than size.
Start making the little changes in your life that are the catalyst to new doors opening up. And it is in that process that you may find some of your answers.
It is in that process that you may ask yourself some questions.
