A continuing Jewish meditation and study series designed to cultivate a calm, stable mind, and an entree into the Divine quality of our own moment-to-moment experience.
4 Tuesdays in February:
February 5th •12th •19th •26th
Open to all.
$18 per session or $60 for the series, payable at the door
NU Students receive a 50% discount.
Each session will include Jewish text study, instruction in Jewish Mindfulness Meditation practice, and periods of sitting and walking meditation. Sessions will be taught by Rabbi Sam Feinsmith or Rabbi Jordan Bendat-Appell.

Lighthouse Yoga and Acupuncture believes in the healing properties of acupuncture to treat nausea, morning sickness, osteoarthritis, acne vulgaris, insomnia, knee and lower back pain, tennis elbow and other ailments. It also hosts hatha, vinyasa, gentle and prenatal yoga classes.
