Lake Forest Resale Shop’s Annual Holiday Sale Begins Wednesday, November 15
With Halloween behind us and Thanksgiving on the horizon, Christmas at the Lake Forest Resale Shop is just around the corner. Mark your calendars for this year’s much anticipated Holiday Sale! The shop has received considerably more holiday donations than last year, so the store will be closed on Tuesday, November 13 and Wednesday, November 14 so that the “elves” can get the store ready for its customers. The shop will reopen on November15 from 10 am until 5 pm for your shopping pleasure. Donations of gently used clothing and household items will be accepted anytime during store hours. As always, the shop’s proceeds support the work of Mother’s Trust, GLASA (Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association) and Cancer Wellness Center. On Friday, November 23, the day of the Market Square tree lighting ceremony, join the shop for a holiday upcycling event. Learn clever ways to wrap gifts using recycled materials. The store is located at 653 Bank Lane in Lake Forest from 10-5 M-F and 10-4 on Saturday.
