With over 12 years of online interactive marketing and sales experience, Rich has worked in various areas related to online marketing, including: Email, Display Ads, Web
Analytics, Ad Serving, Social, Content Marketing and all its underlying technologies. This background has allowed him to develop a unique perspective of how brands should engage and connect in the new marketing reality.
Rich has worked with numerous brands and media service organizations, including: Groupon, Grainger, Best Buy, Target, ConAgra, Tribune Corp, Hearst, SC Johnson, Starcom, Mediacom, OMG, OMD and Razorfish.
He is an active member of digital marketing associations such as CIMA, Beta Gamma Sigma and The Internet Old Timers Foundation, and also has extensive consulting experience within both the investment and start-up communities.
Rich has an MBA with an eCommerce Specialization from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor
of Arts from Arizona State University Rich also volunteers with Chicago area organizations like Career Resource Center and Working Bikes. Living in Lake Forest, IL with
his wife, Angela; Rich also enjoys vintage cars, bicycles and vintage Hi-Fi. He is currently working on an eBook on the iPhone.

More About Career Resource Center
Located at the Grove Cultural Campus, a complex of serene, stately buildings on Old Mill Road, the Career Resource Center has aided more than 10,500 people over two decades. The center specializes in helping people find new employment and offers private advising sessions, interview preparation, educational programs, job search roundtables, software training and more. The Career Resource Center employs one full-time and three part-time employees and also has more than 100 volunteers. Members of the center have access to a reference library, consultation offices, a computer lab, a conference room, a work area for research and a break room.
