 d during an Aqua Zumba&reg\; class\,&rdquo\; said Lake County Family YMC
 A Fitness Coordinator Clair Pauschert.&nbsp\; &ldquo\;We&rsquo\;re excit
 ed to offer this integrated Zumba&reg\; formula and philosophy with trad
 itional aqua fitness disciplines.&nbsp\; It all comes together into a sa
 fe\, challenging\, water-based workout that&rsquo\;s cardio-conditioning
 \, body-toning\, and most of all\, exhilarating beyond belief.&rdquo\;\n
 Ages 12 and up and all fitness levels are welcome as the program can be 
 scaled.&nbsp\; The 40-minute class will be offered at 3 p.m. and at 4 p.
 m. that Saturday.\nEdith Salinas\, who is licensed to teach Aqua Zumba&r
