WHAT WILL YOUR ENCORE BE?
Presented by: Meg Schmitz, FranChoice
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be your own boss? What would it feel like to create jobs, versus having one? What are the hot growth industries? Meg will discuss current statistics on the labor market, trends in growing industries, and the pros and cons of owning a business. The presentation will answer some of
the most commonly fielded questions that potential business owners ask.
Meg has personally experienced the benefits and trials of being a franchise owner and entrepreneur. She will address the lingering concerns about the economy, which has shifted the direction of executive level hiring. We
will discuss the realities of job security, creating your own executive role, and the benefits you can expect being “The Boss”. Participate in the discussion and you will leave with a new perspective on what your ENCORE will be.
