Westwood Bistro to Open in July in Lake Forest

The new Westwood Bistro is on schedule to open in July at 950 N. Western Ave, Lake Forest.  The new restaurant will offer a contemporary American menu with French and Asian influences. The menu and kitchen will be developed by Executive Chef for the Restaurant Group, Khammay, a 30 year industry veteran of Le Francais, Irea 60, Karma and most recently Grille No. 43. The development of the restaurant is spearheaded by operating partner Ted Boufis (Grille No. 43). The restaurant will have 120 indoor and 40 outdoor seats, weather permitting. Westwood Bistro will be open for Lunch and Dinner, Monday through Sunday and offer a Brunch on Sunday as well.  The company will be hosting a job fair in June as all kitchen and front of house teams are needed.
