Lake Forest Author Chronicles Living Like Martha Stewart in Latest Bestseller
Author Jen Lancaster will appear at Old Orchard in Skokie at 7 p.m. Thursday for a book signing for her newest release, "The Tao of Martha."
New York Times bestselling author Jen Lancaster, a Lake Forest resident, spent a year living in the economically creative style of domestic guru Martha Stewart for her new book, "The Tao of Martha," which was released June 4.
Lancaster recently spoke to the Chicago Sun-Times about the funny and challenging experiences she and her family had in her year-long attempt to channel Stewart.
"I discovered that there is a method to her madness, a backbone, and that it’s good to be able to do things yourself,” Lancaster told the Sun-Times.
