Metra Trains Stopped Due to Severe Weather

Inbound and outbound trains on Metra's Union Pacific North Line have stopped due to the severe weather threat.

Update 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 12

All inbound and outbound trains are on the move operating approximately 30-80 minutes behind schedule due to severe weather related conditions.

6:50 p.m. Wednesday, June 12: Metra trains along the Union Pacific North Line are at a standstill tonight due to the severe storm blowing through the area.

According to metrarail.com, all inbound and outbound trains are stopped until further notice.

Inbound Trains delayed include:

#350 delayed 52 minutes.
#352 delayed 53 minutes.
#356 delayed 17 minutes.

Outbound Trains delayed include:

#341 delayed 48 minutes.
#343 delayed 55 minutes.
#345 delayed 51 minutes.
#347 delayed 50 minutes.
#349 delayed 57 minutes.
#351 delayed 49 minutes.
#353 delayed 40 minutes.
#355 delayed 30 minutes.
