Meet a winner of this award, Tom Franklin, author of the novels, Hell at the Breech and Smonk. Mr. Franklin will talk about his writing process and read from his third and most recent mystery, Crooked Letter, Crooked Letter. The novel is a tale of an unlikely friendship marred by crime and racial strain in small town Mississippi in the late 1970’s.
