The Woodlands Garden Club of Lake Forest, together with The Lake Forest Book Store, invites the public to attend this talk with native garden expert Charlotte Adelman, author of The Midwestern Native Garden. The book will be available for purchase and signing by Adelman.
This event will benefit the Woodlands Garden Club’s plan to rejuvenate the public entryway garden at the Gorton Community Center. Admission is free and all are welcome to attend. Voluntary donations are welcome and a selection of garden-related prizes will be raffled with proceeds benefitting the garden renovation.
The Woodlands Garden Club thanks The Lake Forest Book Store for co-sponsoring this event and donating profits from the sale of Adelman’s book, as well as Rocco Fiore & Sons for providing garden restoration plans and contributing toward the project’s materials and labor costs.
