Market Square Concert-goers Swing To The Music

Despite rainy weather, Bill O'Connell's Chicago Skyliners bring back the Big Band music.

Even though part of Lake Forest was still without power, people brought their picinic baskets to Market Square June 23 for the latest installment of Concerts in the Square.

Bill O'Connell's Chicago Skyliners played to an enthusiastic crowd before being cut off early by more rain.  They played a range of songs, from Sinatra to Benny Goodman and were enjoyed by both young and old.

The next in the series is The Class of '68, a 60's rock and roll band, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday (June 30).
