Infant Welfare Society, Antiques & Treasures in the Field

The Lake Forest Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago will sponsor the 44th Annual Antiques & Treasures in the Field.

Featuring over 50 quality Midwest dealers, highlights include a Country Market with a variety of gourmet delicacies along with the ever popular Treasures Tent filled with items from many Lake Forest Estates.  The Treasures Tent is usually the first stop for many who attend this event and usually brings in about one-third of the sales.  The Junior Board, comprised of the youngest generation of the chapter’s 75 members, will bring back the Children’s Tent with activities just for kids.

Concessions from Bluffington’s Café of Lake Bluff will be sold which include ice cream and baked goods. Our many thanks to the Lake Forest Middle School for allowing us to host this event on their grounds.

All proceeds benefit the Angel Harvey Infant Welfare Society of Chicago Community Health Center.  The health center opened its new four story, 40,000 square foot facility in Logan Square six years ago.  The clinic provides high quality affordable medical, dental and ophthalmic care for women and children of working poor families in a community setting.
