Gand is an accomplished cookbook author with seven titles to her credit including her most recent, “Gale Gand’s Brunch.’
You will watch her demonstrate the creation of a Spring Pavlova, and then have a chance to taste it and talk with Gand. Her cookbooks will be available for sale.
