How did the business come to be?
I began sewing again when I left the corporate world to take care of my children. I absolutely love fabric and mixing fabrics. Soon, I began designing handbags and totes. My friends loved them and encouraged me to sell them. Here I am five years later. It's a great business I can manage while the kids are in school.

Lake Bluff and Lake Forest is the perfect place to start a business. People are SO supportive.

What is something most people don’t know about your business?
I design every item and until a few weeks ago made every piece. I've gotten big enough, that I now outsource the sewing of my totes. They are sewn in Cicero, IL.
Does your business offer a special deals card or program?
Not at this time. I have a newsletter where I talk about promotions. People can register for it on my website. I also list promotions on Facebook.
