Proceeds will support the Thrive tracker program and research in Brain Network Activation in mood disorders. The evening includes dinner, a cash bar and live auction.

Representatives and/or information will be available from groups such as: Lake County Forest Preserves, Chicago Botanic Gardens, College of Lake County Sustainability Center, Lake County Bicycle Club, organic farmers, master gardeners, and many more.  Children’s activities, 10,000 Villages (fair trade shopping) and recycling opportunities, including electronics, Styrofoam blocks, plastic bags, bikes, gym shoes, inkjet cartridges, cell phones, hearing aids, glasses, plastic beverage bottle caps and wine corks (no plastic) will be available.

CenterStage Presents: Twelve Angry Men

  • Why Go: Twelve strangers hold the life of a 19-year-old boy in their hands. They are jurors in a first-degree murder case that must decide whether the boy is guilty or not guilty of stabbing his father to death. Re-examining evidence presented at the trial leads to personal confrontations and revelations that enable this cross-section of American society not only to come finally to a consensus verdict in this riveting courtroom drama, but also to learn more about themselves and grow as individuals.
