Presidential Hopeful Gingrich Plans Stop in Far North Suburb

will make a Barrington appearance next week as part of his campaign tour.

On Wednesday, March 14, Gingrich will hold a rally at 3 p.m. at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont. After the rally, he will travel by police motorcade to where a reception will be held with Gingrich and his wife, Callista Gingrich at 5 p.m. A fundraising event will immediately follow. Thursday, March 15, Gingrich will make an appearance at to speak with students, parents and community members from 9 to 10 a.m. Callista Gingrich will read to students at from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• Northwest Suburban Republican 2012 Lincoln Day Dinner at The Cotillion, 360 South Creekside Drive, Palatine. 
• Reception starts at 6 p.m. with a dinner following at 7 p.m. The cost is $100 per person.

• Callista Gingrich will read to the students at Goddard School in Lake In The Hills at 9 a.m. 
• Judson University will host a public Town Hall Meeting featuring Newt Gingrich at Herrick Chapel, 1151 N. State St., Elgin at 10 a.m. This event is free and open to the public.
