Seasonal Affective Disorder - Combating the Winter Blues

Feeling down now that winter is here and the holidays are over? Do you find yourself losing interest in hobbies or activities once the days get shorter? These could be symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder, a form of depression that can occur during the winter months.


Psychiatrist Smita Reddy, MD, will present a free public education program detailing what Seasonal Affective Disorder is and how it can be treated. The program is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
