The Dailey Method and LEAD Charity Event

To celebrate its 1st anniversary, The Dailey Method Lake Forest is offering special donation classes to benefit LEAD- leading youth to healthy decisions, in January. Since its opening, the studio has built a community of followers to its world-renowned workout that combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises in order to strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body to produce quick physical results and balance.

The Dailey Method Lake Forest is celebrating its anniversary with a purpose, hosting a special donation-based class on Saturday, January 12th to benefit LEAD, a local organization dedicated to the promotion of healthy family relationships, emotional wellness, and the prevention of alcohol, drug use, and other risky behavior by youth. All proceeds of a suggested donation of $20 will benefit the charity. These will be extra special classes, as they will be feature 4 different teachers, as a Dailey-Thon. The teachers will each teach 15 minutes of class, incorporating their own style and strengths, for a well-rounded class that will keep you guessing! Classes will be held at 7:00, 8:15, and 9:30AM. The studio will also be selling a special version of their signature grippy socks, also benefitting LEAD.
