The Chicagoland area is making strides to promote energy efficiency upgrades as part of its 2008 Chicago Climate Action Plan and the longer term GOTO2040 Strategic Plan. To help the region meet its short- and long-term goals, the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) and other partners created Energy Impact Illinois using grant funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to promote energy efficiency improvements. Energy Impact Illinois helps homeowners save money and improve the comfort of their homes, while creating jobs, helping the environment, and increasing our country’s energy independence.

Please join us at the Lake Bluff Public Library on Thursday, February 21st to learn how you can receive a FREE home energy assessment and save 70% (up to $1,750) on energy efficiency improvements!
