Informational meeting for parents of Lake Bluff children entering Kindergarten in Fall 2014

An

important informational meeting for parents of children entering Kindergarten
in Fall 2014 is planned for Thursday, January 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Lake Bluff
Elementary School, 350 W. Washington Street in Lake Bluff. Information will be
available about the school district, kindergarten programs, and curriculum. There
will be a brief presentation, and tours will be available.

Kindergarten registration will be held the following Thursday, January 30 from 8:30 to noon at the Lake Bluff Park District Recreation Center, 355 W. Washington Ave. in Lake Bluff. 

Incoming Kindergarteners must turn five years of age by September 1, 2014.

The process has been streamlined to make things easier for parents, and a new web page outlining the step-by-step process for registering is available on the Lake Bluff Elementary School website, http://es.lb65.org   

For those without access to computers, paper copies are available at Lake Bluff Elementary School.
