Lecture - Japan in the 20th Century

Lake Forest Library, Neighbor

Interested in WWII?  Interested in international relations?  Come to a lecture by Lake Forest College professor, Shi Wei Chen on Japan in the 20th Century.  The program will be held in the Children's Programming Room at the library. It is part of Lake Forest Reads: Ragdale 2013, a one book/one community program cosponsored by Lake Forest Library and the Ragdale Foundation.  The Street of a Thousand Blossoms  by Gail Tsukiyama is the selected title this year. 

Lake Forest Reads: Ragdale Community Partners include the Arts Alliance of Lake Forest & Lake Bluff, Dickinson Hall, Friends of Lake Forest Library, The Green Teaist, Lake Forest Book Store, Lake Forest College and the Music Institute of Chicago.
