Memories from the Korean War

People may refer to the United States
involvement in the Korean War as the "Forgotten War", but it is not
forgotten!  Lake Bluff resident Fred Herlocker and Sam Badger will come
together to share stories from their service during the Korea War. Mr.
Herlocker (an US Army MP) served as a Compound Commander in a POW camp before
assignment in Seoul. Mr. Badger, a decorated US Marine Corps Captain, led a
rifle platoon in combat against the Chinese. Join the talk to honor these men
who defended a country and its people they never knew...but quickly learned to
respect.
