We are in a fast-moving market where buyers are active, and it's a good time to be a seller because of the reduced inventory of homes. If you're a potential seller and would like to get a competitive market analysis showing what your home could be priced for sale, or, if you're a buyer, and would like to learn more about current local housing values and take a look at some homes for sale that fit your needs, please contact Joan Conlisk at Koenig & Strey - 847-721-5690, jconlisk@koenigstrey.com
