Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH), a non profit that provides affordable housing to low and moderate income households that live or work in the area, is hosting an Open House at one of the first affordable homes in Lake Forest. The home is the result of the partnership between the City of Lake Forest and CPAH to provide two affordable homes to low income households that live or work in the area.
Take a tour of the home, have a glass of wine and meet the family moving in! We'll even show you how we reduced the air leakage in this 1910 home.
