Remembering Edward Schutt

will conduct several programs this week to assist Lake Forest and Lake Bluff youth in response to three teen deaths since Jan. 9.

In less than three months, Lake Forest High School students , and have been struck and killed by a train. To date, only Hussain's cause of death has been ruled a suicide by the Lake County Coroner's office.

Starting Monday (April 2), social workers and CROYA staff will be available at students during the school day.

  • From 6-8 Monday night, students are invited to CROYA, 400 Hastings Road, to celebrate Schutt's life. They can bring pictures and write down thoughts in a scrapbook to be given to the Schutt family.
