Ride the Polar Express in Glenview
Kids are invited to take a ride on the "Polar Express" from Glenview to Libertyville and back. The event includes an appearance by Santa.

Kids aged 3 months and up are invited to ride the Polar Express in Glenview this holiday season.
Riders board the train at the North Glenview Metra stop and get off in Libertyville for a meal at Egg Harbor, reading Chris Van Allsburg's holiday classic, the Polar Express, along the way.
Santa makes an appearance along the way back to Glenview, with a special gift for every child.
Tickets are $26 and can be purchased on the Glenview Park District website. The trip takes place on Dec. 1, 7, 8 and 14.
