Acidity - What we eat, think and feel can either create an acidic or alkaline state in our body which can lead to weight gain.  Creating an environment of alkalinity is important.

Food Intolerances and Sensitivities - Common food sensitivities and intolerances such as wheat, dairy, processed food and chemicals can cause weight gain. Sometimes they can create unexpected weight loss.

Stress - Stress will have an effect on every body system. When you are in a constant state of stress, you are in a constant state of imbalance. Finding out ways to lessen the stress load and finding out what works for you is the important end result you are looking for.

Toxicity - The human body is in a constant balancing act. Our bodies store excess fat and toxicity. A diet that creates a natural cleansing system is important. There are also detoxifying regimes to help rejuvenation within.
