Lake Forest Lacrosse Association adds Coaches for Winter/Spring Seasons

The Lake Forest Lacrosse Association has added two new coaches for the Winter/Spring.

The Lake Forest Lacrosse Association is proud to announce the addition of two coaches to our staff for the 2013 Winter/Spring Seasons.  Jarrid Puzes and Tim Palmer join a staff that is second to none in the Chicago area.

Jarrid Puzed recently graduated from the University of Virginia where he won an NCAA Championship.  He is a graduate of Stevenson High School where he was the Pioneer Press Player of the year as a senior.  See below for some of his accomplishments:

  • Listed as the No. 52 recruit in the country by Inside Lacrosse
  • Rated the No. 15 incoming defenseman in the country by Inside Lacrosse
  • All-American
  • Played in the Under Armour All-American game
  • First-team all-state, team MVP and Pioneer Press Player of the Year as a senior
  • Set school record with 91 ground balls that season

Tim Palmer played his collegiate lacrosse at Princeton.   Tim won the John T. Schroeder Award which is awarded annually to a member of the men's lacrosse team who through the embodiment of character and selfless devotion to the team has had the greatest impact on the success of Princeton men's lacrosse.  Tim was a 3-year standout player on the Birmingham (MI) High School Varsity Lacrosse Team where he was a 3 time All-State selection and named his school’s best athlete his senior year.  Tim is the nephew of former Chicago Blackhawk, Rob Palmer.
