SANTA IN THE SQUARE ON SATURDAY!

Santa and his reindeer will be stopping off for a visit in Lake Forest's Historic Market Square from noon to 4:00 pm this Saturday, December 14th.

Kids can not only meet Santa and his live reindeer, but can also have a photographer snap a shot they can take home, get a treat, drop off Santa letters, enjoy a bite at one of the downtown eateries, and shop for terrific gifts.

The event is sponsored by the new owners of Market Square, L3 Capital, with the assistance of the City of Lake Forest and the Chamber of Commerce.

Shoppers are reminded to save their receipts throughout the month of December to enter the LF/B Chamber of Commerce "Shop Local First" drawing to win $1,000 in ChamberChecks.  Receive one entry for every $250 in receipts for retail or food purchases in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff – simply tuck them into an envelope and submit them to the Chamber office at 272 E. Deerpath, Suite 106, or at Pasquesi Home & Gardens at the Market Square train station (envelopes can be dropped in their mail slot after hours.)  The drawing will be held on January 5th.
