“The biggest advantage of medically-based fitness centers is that we’re able to accommodate a full spectrum of patrons,” says Brian S. Lewis, interim general manager of Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center.  “Local world-class athletes train here daily.  But we also offer award-winning programs and regimens for people who are high-risk for diabetes, heart disease, cancer and other conditions.  Area residents will find that we have something to offer everyone, no matter their fitness level.”

Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center has been in operation since 1994, and Lindenhurst Health and Fitness Center opened its doors in 2000.  Both state-of-the-art centers feature personal trainers, lap pools and group fitness classes.  For more information on either center, please visit www.health-fitnesscenters.com
