Milena “Misha” Dvorak, 66, a long time resident of Lake Forest and formerly Lake Bluff, passed away on July 16, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at home.
Beloved wife of 46 years to Ivan Dvorak; cherished mother of Hynek Dvorak and Mark (Jessica) Dvorak, all of Lake Forest; adored grandmother of Giselle and Angelina Dvorak; sister of Jiri Zoth of Czech Republic.
A celebration of Misha’s life will be announced at a future time.
