Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources K-12

Lake Forest Elementary Schools District 67 and Lake Forest Community High School District 115 are seeking an Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources for the 2014-2015 school year. 

Job Responsibilities: Recruit talented educators, coach and evaluate principals, engage in and facilitate collaborative problem-solving, develop partnerships with LFEA leadership, manage district-level projects, guide PERA implementation and teacher evaluation process, oversee teacher certification, etc. 

Requirements: A Professional Educator License (PEL) with a General Administrative endorsement is required; building principal experience is preferred.
