I loved the little scenic route through the woods at the Savannah in Lake Forest. It looks like the entire forest has been cut down. Is this to make way for the Bike Master Plan? Why did someone cut down all the trees? And to whoever is in charge of cutting down the trees at LF Beach: PLEASE STOP! LF city spends millions on replanting trees and yet they want to pave over Amberly Woods, deforest the beach in the name of a vista (for whom?), and deforest the Savannah to connect the two trails. Not cheap, either.
