Why wait unti December 31st to make your fitness resolutions? The fall is a great time to start on your fitness transformation.

How many times have you made a New Year's Resolution that the coming year was
going to be your year to get in the best shape you have ever been in? How many
times has that resolution never been fulfilled?

December 31st over a glass of champagne is the worst time to actually make
promises and set goals. Especially here in the Midwest. The weather on January
1st is not the most desirable to or encouraging for a workout.

Fall, on the other hand, is a great time to start a fitness program because you're going to create good habits for the holiday season and the upcoming winter months.

With the change of seasons comes a renewed time to rethink and restart.  

What's so special about January? September also brings the start of the new
year, the school year. With many of us women having children in school, wether
pre-school or college, fall is the perfect time to decide to make your
resolution to start a fitness program.
