We want to show women that doing something to inspire health and personal wellness can feel good. This is what I am talking about when I say, ‘step outside of the box’!
Here is an opportunity. Instead of getting together with your girlfriends for dinner, coffee, or drinks let us come over and provide everything you need for a fun and motivating evening.
Look, I know that it can feel intimidating to do something different; to go against the grain. But, how will you ever get the healthy and fit body that you want without starting someplace?

From fitness to a few healthy snacks, we will provide the entire inspiring experience.
You see, we wanted to unite groups of girlfriends and give them something more productive and meaningful to do on their ‘girl’s night out’. We wanted to change it up for them and see if just maybe we could put a fresh spin on an evening away from the kids.
We want to show you that there are ways to make ‘healthy and fit’ fun! It does not have to be a drag to think about meeting your goals. And, you can kick it off with a fun, inspirational celebration with your girlfriends!
