$300,000 in Jewelry Missing After Lake Forest Burglary

Lake Forest police are asking for information following a home burglary earlier this month.

Lake Forest police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a home burglary that occurred Sept. 13.

Police said someone pried open a rear door of a home on the 1400 block of Kurtis Lane between 9 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. and ransacked several rooms.

The homeowners reported more than $300,000 worth of jewelry missing. No one was home at the time of the burglary.
