Bannockburn Police Arrest Lake Bluff Woman

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bannockburn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI 

Julie Olnas, 24, of Lake Bluff was arrested Friday for driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device and driving with one headlight, according to Bannockburn Police reports

Police observed Olnas in the left turn lane of Half Day Road making a southbound turn onto Waukegan Road “completely over the while stop line,” according to the report. She disobeyed the red turn arrow and was seen weaving in her lane.

Olnas failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of .138, according to the report. She was released on bond and will appear in Lake County Court at 9 a.m. May 8 in Waukegan.
