Lake Bluff and it's habitants give a whole new name to neighborhood watch. I just adore the stories of the man wearing black and running with a red face. The story of the woman who called because someone kept ringing her doorbell (turned out to be her husband who forgot his key) The raccoon trapped in a garbage can! (The officer let it out.) I anxiously await the next report of girl scouts pandering without a license.
